Self-assembled Pattern Formation Generator

In this circuit the two transcription factors LasR and RHLR are constitutively expressed. When there is enough leaky expression of LasI OR RHLI, this protein will produce a quorum sensing molecule (3OC12 HSL or C4 HSL, respectively) and kick off positive feedback production of more of that quorm sensing molecule and a downstream reporter. Additionally, the protein that "wins" will shut of production of the other quorum sensing molecule and its reporter. In this way you will get random patches of red (RFP) or green (GFP), or random pattern formation.
